The house is on two levels and has two double bedrooms, a single bedroom, a living area with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people. There are two equipped kitchens and two bathrooms with shower, you will also have a private garden and a laundry room. The Villa is located near the highway exit and the cycle path that runs along the Arno river, where in summer you will find numerous bars and restaurants, we are also close to the Tuscany Hall theater and the Bellariva swimming pool.
