Need love, not perfect, but a good choice in a high touristic place.

The appartment is not as well equiped as other. The manager is not «  in control » ( broken fan, broken chair, matress unconfortable). Instructions says when leaving « turn off AC (there is no AC in the appartement) and put out the garbage ( you need a code to access city garbage container). Minimum stock of toilet paper for a 6 days stay (do we have to buy that ?). But they changes the broken fan fast. We did love the neibourghood

Good area

Thank you we enjoyed our stay. A good base to explore Florence for a small family. We caught a bus to the city centre, as a bit too far for us. Very close to train station which was handy as we arrived in Florence by train. A good location, and supermarket very close with cafes and restaurants. The bathroom is very narrow just as a heads up. My husband is tall and fairly stocky and just could squeeze through. There were no tea towels left to dry dishes or extra pillow slips for spare pillows. There was no toaster but this was delivered quickly when we requested it. There was an issue with the power going out when the oven was on- but the switchboard was able to be located to turn it back on. When we requested extra doonas they arrived but no doona covers. If these small issues were attended to this would have been a great stay. Overall it was fine for us.
