This property is very old and run down. The website was very deceiving. The beds were old and very hard and very very uncomfortable . The toilet was hard water stained and looked like something out of a movie. Shower was the same. The staff were very nice and I feel bad as they were trying their best with what they had to work with. A lot of broken lights and doors all banged up and a broken door handle. Lights hanging off the walls by duct tape. Got a semi disconcerting call that our room was given away at 11 pm to another customer and to send our credit card to the desk staff or we would loose our room. Our room had been prepared through Expedia so we did not to prevent scamming
This was not worth 69 dollars a night let alone the 187 a night we payed. I am being harsh because this is a chain owned hotel and they should be ashamed to allow a property to get to this state. We payed 387 dollars in total for a room that rated the same as a creepy 69 dollar motel would. We thought going off the name that this would be a decent to above average and ouch we had a very very rough stay. Internet did not work. Tv did not work and pool was not noted as down but had been down for a year according to staff. Don’t advertise amenities if you don’t have them
Overall do not recommend at all .. I hate to be harsh and I’m usually very open minded and willing to look over minor issues but there was literally no upside to this stay… other than friendly staff who helped
