Great experience, once again, while staying at Mar de Canasvieiras Hotel: Check in process, service desk agents, breakfast food and its attendants, room, amenities, swimming pool. I just wish there was a ventilation fan in the bathroom from the room we stayed at. Shout out to Pedro Paulo, service desk agent. Very nice, kind and professional.

os funcionarios sao muito bons e educados, porem o hotel nao oferece limpeza diaria nos quartos, em toda a minha estada o quarto nunca foi limpo pois fiquei lá 3 dias e a limpeza se da a cada 3 dias somente. O hotel tem uma piscina aquecida super bonita e agradavel porem alguns hospedes levam bebidas alcoolicas e comida para a piscina (apesar dos cartazes dizendo que não é permitido), o que é desagradavel para os outros hospedes pois suja a agua e tem hospedes embriagados. Especialmente desagradavel se vc esta com crianças.

Not really a hotel, more like a bed and breakfast

Nice location, convenient, however, rooms are very small and bathrooms need remodeling. It feels more like a bed and breakfast, but only larger (100+ rooms)

Florianopolis stay

Three of us stayed in the room, a double and a single bed. Service by the staff was very good. Room was very good for the price, could have had flannels and shampoo provided. Hotel was in a very good area, close to restaurants.

Primeiramente no café da manhã passou um rato! E a equipe não fez nada só olhou ele passando como se fosse normal, o quarto muito colado no outro dava para ouvir os quartos do lado que estavam com som alto, café da manhã com pouca variedade nada de mais. Eu não voltaria

Para pernoite ok. Para férias, precisa melhorar

A iluminação do apartamento pode melhorar. Ar-condicionado precisando de manutenção e fica em uma posição muito ruim, sempre o ar vai direto na cabeça dos hóspedes. O chuveiro precisa de limpeza, a ducha estava verde de tanto tempo que não recebe uma limpeza na saída de água.
