The capsule coffee machine, which you will need to bring with you so that you have your own flavour, ensures that you can enjoy your morning coffee. The dishwasher makes tidying up easier. Thanks to the underfloor heating throughout the flat, you can enjoy pleasant warmth at all times. The flat is on the 2nd floor without lift.
