Characteristic apartments located in the centre, located in a side street of the main street of Foligno; in a well-served area, 450 meters from the Army Selection Center Gonzaga Barracks.

Three-room apartment on the first floor, comfortable and characteristic. In the living area with fireplace, in addition to the kitchen complete with accessories, plates, crockery and cooking base (oil, salt, sugar and coffee), we find a table with chairs and a sofa bed suitable for a child/teenager.
Sleeping area
The sleeping area consists of a passage room where there are two single beds and a bedroom with a double bed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, bidet and courtesy line for guests. The property is completed by a large level terrace.

The apartment is for non-smokers only and is equipped with wifi and television. There are also hairdryers, towels and night linen for the entire duration of your stay.
