The large spacious deck features sunset views of the Folly River. Our boutique Hotel Folly is located just steps away to Folly's popular Center Street where you can enjoy shopping, more dining and nightlife, or a quick stroll to the beach. Enjoy relaxing on the spacious deck, settle in with a drink and enjoy the sights and sounds of the sun setting over the Folly River at the “Edge of America”. This deluxe studio room is on the second floor.

This room is 350 sqft. with a 80 sqft. deck, for a total accommodation of 430 sqft.

We are dog friendly! We have a one-time pet fee of $110 per dog for reservations up to three nights, and $150 per dog for reservations for four or more nights. The pet fee is added once your reservation is confirmed.
