This property has been remodeled and it is simply beautiful! The furnishings in the lobby area are gorgeous and the staff is wonderful! Can't say enough about this hotel. Definitely would stay again.

Had a great experience! Very friendly staff at both the front desk and food area. One comment regarding the front desk: Maybe if no one is at the front desk, keep the door to the back office open so the employees back there can see if someone is waiting at the front desk. Would definitely stay again.

Help or no help?

I booked a room for 3 nights. 1 of the friends I was to visit was unable to meet with me, family issues on his part . so 1 day in advance of my last night stay i was seeking a refund or an exchange for 1 night. Neither Marriott nor Hotels.com was able or willing to help. I probably will nor use a 3rd party to book a reservation in the future based upon neither party was willing to budge on a refund or exchange for another night!!
