Old sheepfold completely renovated in 2013, located in a protected environment of 7ha, surrounded by nature, quiet (no road nearby) and enjoying a panoramic view of the valley, the village of Fons and very large natural spaces. Stay in peace in this 90m2 gite offering quality services, nicely and pleasantly equipped and decorated. There are many hiking trails starting from the gîte for lovers of beautiful walks! and you can practice many activities (horse riding, canoeing, ...). Private swimming pool (15x6) with dominant view and pergola, open from June 1 to September 30. the sheepfold is also at the crossroads of the Dordogne, the Aveyron and the Lot allowing you to visit the must-see sites of the region every day (Sarlat, Rocamadour, Figeac, Cahors, Saint Cirque lapopie, Lacave cave, Padirac chasm ...) as well as the many picturesque villages which offer all its diversity to the region. Large living room including a lounge area, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs, a large bedroom with a 160 cm bed, bathroom with Italian shower, separate wc. Floor heating, wood stove. Laundry room (access from outside) with washing machine and dryer. Shaded terrace, open ground. Private swimming pool (15 x 6) with pergola and relaxation equipment. Possibility to rent this cottage with the GR2242 cottage (for 10 people) for a total capacity of 11 to 13 people. However, the 2 gîtes are never rented to two different customers at the same time on the property. there is only one customer at a time and therefore the pool is always private. The sheepfold has 2 terraces and many shaded areas in the property.
