Staff was courteous and allowed us to check in an hour early, which was very nice. However, there were several issues with the room. The bathroom door didn't properly fit and you had to forcefully pull it closed, which was extremely loud to both open and close. Also, the in-room alarm was previously set, which woke my wife up at 3 a.m. and she had to figure out how to turn it off in the middle of the night. But the biggest problem was the smoke alarm, which started doing three-chirps at 4 a.m. every 10 minutes. I called the "24 hour front desk" four times between 4 and 6 with no answer any time. We finally just left and dropped off the key to the empty off drop box at 6:30.
That gent who checked us in was pleasant and the welcome bag was a nice touch, but we won't be staying here again.
