Open floorpan is an entertainers dream! HUGE great room with stone FP and eat-in kitchen w/ island. Enjoy summer nights from the screened in porch or wrap-around deck! Primary bedroom w/ private balcony & walk-in-closet w/ large, full en-suite bathroom w/ oversized soaking tub & dual sinks. Walk-out main level hosts 3rd bedroom with king bed and spacious 4th bedroom (2 bunk beds) as well as a den w/ 2nd stone fireplace, bathroom, & laundry room w/ ample storage. 2 story foyer. Easily enjoy all Abbey Springs amenities have to offer: marina, private beach, golf, fitness center, indoor/outdoor pool, sand volleyball, pickleball, basketball, bocce, playground.

What a wonderful home 10 out of 10 our family loved it. We had three generations. The grandchildren loved it and the pool. The owner is very responsive and we are very grateful and will come back.

Great hosts! Beautiful home - perfect for our two families to relax, play games, and watch a little football. Hot tub was awesome. Beds were comfy. We had a little hiccup at the beginning of our stay when the cleaning crew hadn’t showed up as expected (it was day after Christmas), but the host responded to us immediately, was super apologetic, and remedied the situation right away. Cleaners were there within 30 minutes. Overall, wonderful experience.

This place was AMAZING! I had a group of girlfriends spend a long weekend here and this space looked even better than the pictures. Plenty of space for together and alone time as needed and the kitchen had everything you could need for group cooking during your stay. The location itself was very nice - we didn’t get a chance to enjoy the golf carts or the amenities but we all may just have to come back for another stay to try them out!

We had a fabulous girl’s weekend at the property. The open floor plan was very conducive to eating, talking, relaxing, and tv viewing. The hot tub was an added bonus! We’d love to come back!

Great Family Vacation Spot

Rented this home with our daughter, her spouse and grandkids. House was kid friendly with lots of space and nice upgrades. Location within Abbey Springs resort was perfect with access to pools, private beach, restaurants, golf carts, etc. Host was responsive, helpful and pleasant to work with. Highly recommend!!

We were slightly panicked when the tv and wifi were down upon arrival. However it was easy to find the tripped breaker and solve issue. Not certain when garbage pickup was but previous visitors had jammed trash cans and animals dragged trash all over side of home. Only request would be a document sheet On house such as lights in bedrooms operate with remote controls and garbage day is x. Property is gorgeous beds were heavenly. Owner was super responsive. Great property!

Excellent way to kick off holiday season

We rented this house to celebrate my sister’s birthday. It was in a nice gated community so we definitely felt safe. The house is very cozy and spacious for 7 adults. The renter was very responsive and friendly. It was a great way to kick off the holiday season and enjoy Lake Geneva’s lights. Would definitely recommend this rental.

Annual Rendezvous with Old Friends

We're 3 retired couples that annually get together for 3-4 days. This year we chose Lake Geneva as a new area to explore. This VRBO is in a gated community with beautiful homes and a golf course. It was early November so did not utilize the amenities of the community but did enjoy hikes, drives for tail end fall color, and dining in local haunts. The VRBO itself feels a bit dated. One couple noted the bathroom showed water damage from failed caulk, and the dishwasher likely had sat empty for a time as it had a moldy smell. Overall though, the house is spacious with a large living/dining room which was what we were looking for. A little polish and this would be five star. Thanks for a great getaway!

Fantastic weekend away

We love Abby Springs and have been renting different places for the last 5 yrs. This one by far the best. Newly renovated and the space was perfect for our family + kids. Older kids loved the hot tub and the youngers loved the kid toys. Will definitely rent again.

Beautiful home & great location

I booked this property for a girls weekend in October. The weather didn't cooperate, but because the house was so warm and inviting we still had a great time hunkered down on the screened in porch with blankets and in front of the fire! There is plenty of space to sprawl out and the beds are SO comfortable! Would highly recommend!

Beautiful and peaceful

Such a beautiful house in a beautiful development! We stayed with a group of 9 ladies - we loved the huge open gathering area to sit and spend time together. Morning coffee on the screened in porch was also a favorite. This property feels very private and like you are in the woods but is a 15 minute drive to the fun of Lake Geneva. Also great extras like two huge golf carts and a hot tub. Owner was great to work with and very flexible. Would definitely look to stay again in the future.
