Here is the list of issues: 1. Very hot in the room 72 as AC was not turned on. Only heater was available 2. Phone in the room was not connected 3. When it was connected and I called front no one answered for over 2 hours. So I walked down to the lobby 4. Toilet would not work effectively. The maintenance guys came and acknowledged the problem and said he would return to fix it and never did. The toilet was really stinky for next cleaning effectively. Not what I would expect from Embassy Suites!

We loved staying here!

So we have stayed literally at nearly every hotel on American Blvd over the course of the last 20 years but never here and boy were we missing out! Clean rooms , friendly staff, great location! Our stay included complimentary drinks (2 each) and snacks at check in the main lobby and an excellent breakfast! The suite was appointed with all the amenities expected and the bed was very comfortable as were the pillows. Thank You!

I liked the space in the suites and it was quiet with a great breakfast in the morning. Easy walk to Cowboy Jacks, which did not disappoint either. Fast drive to MOA. Wish I did not get charged for parking.

Great breakfast, other amenities a bit lacking.

Overall good experience. The breakfast was the best part; it included made to order omelets, hot and cold options & baked goods as well as a good beverage selection. The room was ok but definitely worn; a panel on one of the vanities popped out and looked as though it had not been the first time it happened. A bad taste was left in my mouth because of the charge for parking; apparently there was a small sign that we didn't see when we checked in, and our attention was not brought to the charge until checkout! Not a good ending.

Room we were given had side chair that was quite stained, desk chair with peeling leather. A/C did not work well and room was very stuffy. We have stayed at this Embassy before and feel it is time to do some updating with furniture. Also lots of kids running around tying up elevators and slamming doors. Staff tried to be accomodating and appreciated that but other issues need to be addressed.
