'Seaclusions' is a modern coastal home with fantastic views overlooking One Mile Beach. Feel right at home with the spacious open plan layout that caters for a large family, combined families or group bookings.

Entering through the front door on the ground level, there are two bedrooms, a spacious bathroom combined with laundry, and an inviting tiled living area with TV and mini fridge. The living area opens onto a spacious deck with fruit trees, a lovely & private, enclosed backyard with an undercover seating area.

Walk upstairs to stunning One Mile Beach views! Open up the sliding glass doors to let in the ocean breeze. The balcony spans the length of the house and features a BBQ with comfortable outdoor furniture to sit back and enjoy the view.

The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with all your home comforts including a breakfast bar and dining area. The loungeroom features a wall mounted TV with streaming apps, books and games.

The master bedroom has an ensuite, wall mounted TV, ceiling fan, stunning ocean views and leads onto the balcony. There are 2 more comfortable bedrooms upstairs, the queen bedroom has a ceiling fan. The main bathroom is spacious featuring a bath with separate toilet. After the beach you can wash off under the outdoor shower!

We were several families away for Rugby 7’s and this house was perfect. It felt well loved and looked after. We watched whales in the evening and dolphins in the morning from the deck. Had everything we needed. Highly recommend.

I can recommend this property. Views are great, short walk to an excellent beach, kitchen is very well equipped (way better than most stays). 3 inside and 1 outside shower is very handy with a big family. We hope to return in the future. Thank you to the owners for sharing this with us. Take care.

Seaclusions is situated in a beautiful area of Forster as it had a lovely view of One Mile Beach from the top floor. They supplied the kitchen with a massive amount of utensils, crockery and cooking appliances. We all said it was a lovely home away from home. Three of us were over 70 and found the steps a bit challenging as there was no handrail, but my younger niece had no problem. It was just so restful sitting out on the verandah having a cup of tea. Would recommend it to everyone .
