For relaxation or working away from home you CAN have it all here in Old Town Fort Collins! Our two bedroom carriage house welcomes you with all things convenient, clean and comfortable. Your home away from home has a main floor master bedroom with a new queen bed and a large working desk area and a full luxurious bath. Up the spiral staircase to the loft, you will find a large space with two single beds, a desk and room to spare! Enjoy a cup of coffee in the quaint living area or outside on the stamped concrete patio. We make sure that you have all you need to enjoy your stay including a large outdoor patio with gas grill and off street parking.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned cottage, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private patio. A kitchenette is outfitted with a microwave. The cottage was clean and well stocked with entertaining items, comfortable beds, and linens. Location was good, close enough to downtown without too much traffic. It might be smaller but the space is laid out perfectly and very cozy. I will definitely keep this location in mind for next time.

This is a beautiful cottage .... cozy, comfortable, extremely clean, lovely outdoor patio area, everything we needed! And the location is perfect for visiting CSU and Old Town. We will definitely stay here again.... highly recommend!!!!!

Comfortable cottage in great location

A great place to stay in Ft Collins near restaurants, grocery store, coffee shops, and the university. Unit is one of three on lot but it was surprisingly quiet even during graduation weekend. Downsides: no stove/oven, spiral staircase and very high tub. Loved raincoats and bikes. Will stay there again

Great place

The property is close to the CSU campus and shopping dining area only blocks away. The cottage is well designed to take advantage of every space. It is decorated very nicely and is well appointed. It has everything you need and then some. The space is great for 2 people but could be right for 4 however. I highly recommend this property for a stay in Ft Collins.

Cheerful and sparkly clean cottage!

This place was so comfy. The host has thought of the details a guest might need. Because we were visiting our daughter we didn't test the kitchen but we really enjoyed the sunny and restful space. Thanks for a great stay!
