The room that we booked was not the same as the room we were given. The stunning view was that of trees that had a partial view of the water. It was old outdated and disgusting. Our bathroom shower had black mold. This place was not a resort as described but more of a motel. I would never recommend the hotel to anyone and I feel that the price we paid we did not get what we were promised.

I stayed at B Ocean Hotel and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. Because of my truck’s height, I couldn’t use the hotel’s parking and had to park across the street in a public lot for $55 a night, which was very inconvenient and expensive. On top of that, I was assigned to a marina room located on the other side of the building. The room itself had issues the air conditioner leaked water onto the floor during my stay. When I checked out and mentioned it to the front desk, the only response I received was, “We’re sorry for that,” with no real concern or attempt to make things right. For the price and reputation of this hotel, I expected much better service and accommodations.

Rooms and common areas are run down. Pool does not have enough chairs and the chairs that are there are run down. The pool is over capacity, there is no monitoring so it seems like many people from the public use the pool. It’s kind of like a public pool in the inner city. Would not go back. 2 stars at the best
