I was extremely disappointed with the room I was assigned during this stay. The exterior wall outside the room appeared visibly damaged, as if heavy equipment had struck it. I was traveling with a guest and had previously spoken highly of this property based on prior visits, which made this experience particularly frustrating. The room faced a side street despite my Monday check-in, which was unexpected. Overall, the room felt dated and poorly maintained. This was my fourth stay at this property, and this experience has made me question my loyalty, especially given the availability of other beachfront options.

Didn’t spend much time at the pool. The beach was clean and attentive. The hotel needed updating. The resort was obviously very short staffed. Expensive for what you get.

I would like to start with a big gratitude for the evening team of Paris and Joe who checked me on my first time. They were incredibly helpful and attentive. This was my third time staying at B Ocean and again it was a great stay. The hotel is in a quiet spot of Seabreeze Blvd but still close enough to Marina Village so as to not feel isolated. It is a 15 min walk to the weekend market at Las Olas Oceanside Park and some of the more livelier bars/restaurants. I love the addition of the convivence store/gift shop that was recently added. Looking forward to my next stay at B Ocean

Proximity to the beach was wonderful. Staff was nice. House keeping wasn't great - low on towels, no complimentary toiletries or bottled water, shampoo was empty. Cleanliness was fine, check out line was always long at the front desk. Overall, it was a good stay.

Old building, was put across the street. Noisy, place is old, 2 tiny pools. The Wreak bar is never open. They had a wedding at the small pool with a bar so it was closed to Hotel guests. Don't you love paying resort fees & can't use the pool. Other pool is tiny not much seating. They close the pools at dusk so around 5:15 Not much to do, bar is small and overpriced. Heat in room doesn't work. Carpet was dirty. This place needs a makeover and new furniture. Was a waste of money. Won't come back.

Check-in line was always long, room had musty smell and was missing furniture (dresser, desk, comfort chair). Luggage rack was broken so had to set luggage on iron board. Every purchase included an auto 18% gratuity, towel and beach lounge workers seemed put out when setting up chair, and they setup chairs randomly vs organized rows, so it all looked like a cluster f.

The management of the hotel was terrible. When we first checked in we asked for a travel crib for our baby. They said housekeeping would bring one right away. We called over and over and they either wouldn't answer the phone or said one was coming. We went to the front desk and there was a long line of other people complaining. They called housekeeping in front of us but the travel crib never came. After 4 hours they said they had none left. We were later told that they just don't even have travel cribs at the hotel. If we had been told we wouldn't have spent hours of our vacation trying to get one. We then had to try to go to Target at 8pm after my baby's bedtime to buy a travel crib. They could have just told us the truth. We had other problems, our first room smelled like smoke, they couldn't find our reservation when we first checked in, they never told us when our room was ready and we had to bug the front desk, they wouldn't help us bring our bags up to our room. The hotel did have a nice beach and pool though.

The room needs work. Bedside lights old and torn. Stained carpet. No chair in room had to bring outside chair in. Door outside our room was slamming loud Everytime someone walked in our out and all thru the night. Bed sheets are too small to stay on and comforter very old and torn and lumpy. Pillows just ok. The only plus about this hotel

The hotel is ok, no pool towels is a major problem, 10/20 people waiting multiple times a day. Bring your own if you plan on staying here. Staff are all poor/miserable with zero manners, besides one valet guy at checkout, he was actually helpful. That was the good above, now for the absolute worst they had a party playing music so loud it was impossible to even watch tv or sleep, we had to change rooms at 10.30, I went down as they wouldn’t answer the reception desk phone, get gown there and two of them are laughing looking at a mobile phone while the phones are ringing, absolutely terrible customer service, we moved room to the building across the road as the party was in the main building, ruined the nights stay and felt terrible the next day, they just don’t care about guests at all. Don’t recommend to anybody with kids. Beach staff were also poor just messing around in the hut, they also don’t care if the guests are enjoying the stay. Never stayed anywhere where all you hear is guests complaining about the place it’s embarrassing. Best part of the stay was getting the car to leave.

The property is beautiful, and the front desk staff are pleasant. Our room wasn’t ready at check-in time and many people were being told to try back in an hour or two. Then the toilet overflowed in the first 5 minutes.

Room was clean and service staff was very friendly and responsive. Outdoor pool and bar service was great, beach bar staffed by Calu (bartender) was also great and well stocked.
