Property sits on private beach which is nice. Room was dirty upon arrival with vomit in toilet. Air conditioning would not cool below 73 and remained humid in the room. It appeared as though othere rooms on the property were better maintained and the 3rd building close tobthe beach is not well maintained. The staff at the bar inside ignored us and we never received service

Long story, short, it’s not worth the money because it is not worth the value for what they advertise themselves to be. They claim to be luxurious, but yet there was a dirty cup in the balcony of my first room that I got switched to the penthouse floor, and there were two giant roaches. I had to be moved twice and the last time at two in the morning. They compensated me with free breakfast and the staff was pleasant with helping me switch rooms but when I tried to reach out to the resort manager, they ignored my emails and never wrote back. It really is not worth the money the hotel behind it, I think it’s the best Western, was much cleaner and nicer. And first of all, no roaches.

We really enjoyed the location. The beach was easily accessed. They have a really good breakfast buffet.

Location and amenities are good. Prices of food/bevs are very high $$$. Staff were overall friendly and nice. Our room was in building 3 and was very musty, pretty unbearably so (I am allergic to mold). I complained, stated my allergy, and requested another room but was told there were no other rooms available (even though the website and hotels.com showed availability. The solution was for someone to come spray disinfectant which helped a little but I could tell the smell was coming from the vents. Luckily, we didn't spend much time in the room.
