Summary:
First floor queen villa located in the heart of Lauderdale-By-The-Sea where truly no car is needed. Walk a few blocks to beach with our included chairs, umbrellas and towels. Equally as close and convenient is the entertainment district with many restaurants and shoppes. The private unit is fully stocked and ready for your enjoyment. Plenty of shade and sun lounging in the tropical pool area. Parking is first come first serve and not always available, but is a rare occurance.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned apartment, which features a private pool. There's a private balcony. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.

Property was in walking distance to all shops, restaurants and supermarkets. The management company--Joe-at Seagrape Hospitality were there for any problems, concerns or wants. I will probably stay long term next winter season

Though it was very, very lovely in many ways, especially the weather compared to maryland, the bedroom was crazy small for myself and my 6'5" husband. And the frame stuck out another 5" on all sides, and I banged my shin badly. The person pinned against the wall struggled to get out.

Close to beach, cute pool

We enjoyed our stay here, quick walk to the beach and the pool was perfect Host was very accommodating with early and late check-ins for a small fee which allowed us to have almost a full extra day.
