First floor queen studio villa which uniquely the bedroom and bathroom share the same space. Located in the heart of Lauderdale-By-The-Sea where no car is needed. Walk a few blocks to beach with our included chairs, umbrellas and towels. Equally as close and convenient is the entertainment district. The unit is fully stocked and ready for your enjoyment. Plenty of shade and sun lounging in the pool area. Parking is first come first serve and not always available, but is a rare occurance.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned apartment, which features a private pool. There's a private balcony. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.

Love the area. Able to walk to beach, restaurants, and food stores Unit was small but perfect as we did not spend much time in the unit Unit was clean and supplied with what we needed- even beach chairs and towels Just was very responsive For only two I would stay here again at this unit

The lodging and property were exactly as described, no surprises or outdated photos. The cleaning staff were wonderful. I stayed in the "off-season" so it was very quiet and peaceful. The management staff were very responsive and accomodating. Nothing bad to say about this property!
