Did not use the pool. I use a rollator and my husband uses a cane. Had difficulty getting the rollator on the side of the bed. The bed was up too high to get in easily. The room had a off smell like mold. Stains on the curtains. Stains on the bathroom floor. Sink tilted forward causing items to slide off. Counter in the bathroom on the wall is too far away from the sink. To make sure a room is really accessible send surveys to people with mobility issues.
