Very quiet for busy neighborhood/street location. Safe and full of walkable options for coffee and dining and regular grocery items such as Whole Foods and Winn Dixie. Property is well maintained and pool area is very calming, serene, and perfect place to just unwind. Loved having seating both in and outside and having a quiet patio with BBQ.

Only communication was by automated messages from Lowkl. No communications in room about facility or A/C, televisions or password for WiFi had to get in from another patron at pool. Bed was horrible my back still hurts. Pool was the only good part of the stay.

While the apartments and property have been updated, it still has elements of an old remodeled motel. Some of the property was old and not updated. The floor in my room had floorboards cracked, etc., and the bathroom could have been better cared for. It's also not fully accessible for people with disabilities - no elevator.

Casa Cordova was great fit for me and my family of four. There were some slight maintenance related issues with the plumbing however it was resolved. Casa Cordova was in close proximity to various stores (Publix, Winn Dixie,Whole Foods, Ross, Dollar Tree etc) which made shopping for household essentials a breeze . Local food eateries are nearby as well. Home was clean

Know before you go

Overall I enjoyed my stay. It's essentially like you booked a little efficiency apartment. So I had no problems with the room itself. However... three things. 1. Something that I was not made aware of prior to booking is that they require a photo of your state ID, and also you need to take a selfie. This was a bit off putting. 2. The bed in the room had a wooden frame. Underneath the wooden frame down the middle of the bed or legs to hold it upright. When I arrived the legs were cockeyed and slightly slanted. Therefore it didn't really give me much support for my back. 3. The communication I had with the people running this place via text, was the most amount of communication I've ever had with any hotel I've ever stayed at. So just be prepared!
