Hotel is very clean with an art deco aesthetic. Room was spacious with a nice size shower! Free breakfast was decent. Staff was very nice! Shuttle was great for the casino as you would not want to walk across that road. Definitely will stay here again!

A Rooftop Pool, but Where are the Lounge Chairs?

I selected this hotel because it is walkable to the Guitar Hotel and because it had a rooftop pool and I wanted a couple pool days. I enjoyed the location and the daily breakfast. The room was simple, but adequate. I liked that there was a refrigerator that I could use in the room and I loved the view from the hotel. I did not like the shower. It had no doors and a half wall attached to the sink that came up to my hips. It was impossible to use the shower and not get water all over the sink, countertop and floor. It was annoying to have to either clean it up after each use and dangerous because the floor got very slippery. While the shower looks nice, it’s not practical and a hazardous. The pool had a nice area, but there was poor planning on the deck surface. It was a dark wood and even though the temperature was 75 degrees, it got so hot from the sun, people could barely walk. The main reason I chose this hotel was because of the rooftop pool. I wanted to lounge by the pool and relax. Well, the hotel only had 4 lounge chairs in total. What hotel has a pool and advertises it and then only 4 people can lay by it? Everyone complained and all the staff did was bring a dining chair over. Many people left frustrated and upset. No one could even lay on the deck surface because it was scalding hot. As a result of this, I did not have a great stay. I recommend that the hotel purchase some lounge chairs so its guests can enjoy themselves. I will not stay here in the future

The staff was friendly and tried to accommodate our needs . Unfortunately, they assured me that I was in an ADA compliant room and it wasn't!! There were no grab bars and after borrowing a shower chair from another room, it was missing the base on one leg!! I decided to use my wheelchair to take a shower in!!!! If we hadn't checked in after 8pm, we would have gone to another hotel!!!!!

This is a top notch hotel, I've stayed here a several times and I've never been disappointed. The roof top is nice and the view is really nice. They also have a shuttle to the Hard Rock, everyone is really nice.

Very nice hotel, excellent staff. My only issue was the showers. They have no doors on them and makes the bathroom very very slippery in full of water.
