Room was beautiful, looked out across to Hard Rick cafe. Had a beautiful rooftop pool and restaurant, and breakfast was amazing…an omelet cooked to perfection! All staff including the cleanup people were so friendly and knowledgeable!

The hotel is very nice, and check-in was quick and easy. The valet service was also fast and convenient. However, when my room was cleaned, only two large towels were replaced, and the smaller towels were not changed. The shower cap was also left unchanged. I don’t mind the music noise from upstairs, but I do expect the proper amenities to be restocked and the towels to be fully replaced.

All and all our stay was good. The room was excellent and the free breakfast was very good. What they don’t tell you when you check in is that if you are on the 6th floor you will not be able to sleep until the club on the 7th floor closes! They even put ear plugs ( only one pair though) in your room so they know this is a problem. The music was so loud that our room was actually vibrating from the noise. It wasn’t until about 2 am that the music stopped. I don’t know if this is a problem on any other floors but definitely is on the 6th floor! Also, my husband and I actually went up to the rooftop bar to check it out before going to bed but they wouldn’t let us in because it was full and several people were waiting to get in. I don’t know if all those people were staying at the hotel ( pretty doubtful as the hotel is not that big) but it seems that hotel guests paying $500/night would be able to get a drink. I would definitely stay here again but only on one of the lower floors!

Check in experience was poor, breakfast area was tight for seating and some of the food quality left us wanting. Omelette station was great and the majority of the staff (outside of one) was kind and helpful.

I could not sleep an entire night there was blaring music from 8 pm, the front desk said they would send someone up, but to no avail, and we had to leave to airport at 4 am. In addition we had reservations at the rooftop, they never asked to bring I’d, so we had to eat indoors, while beauty is the rooftop over looking the hard rock hotel. And on top of this it was first time at the restaurant so asked many question, waitress told us what one of the dishes was said it was fries chicken cutlets for 45 dollars it ended up being grilled white dry meat, and waitress said oh sorry guess I didn’t describe it well

Yo había pagado la reservación y me puso que en el hotel tenía que pagar solo 100 dólares y allí cuando llegue me dijeron que tenía que pagar 450 dólares por las tres noches y que ese dinero me lo devolverían a los días de salir y de ese dinero me cobraron 221 que no se por qué por qué no consumí nada de lo que estaba en la habitación por lo tanto ese dinero no tenían que a verlo cobrado

Great location and hotel, but don’t get room near top floor 6th. DJ and nightclub goes on till 12am and sounds come straight to your rooms they should finish around 10am or turn volume way down for people sleeping on Sunday night.

Housekeeping knocked 4 times on our door: 9 am, 9:30, 10:00 and 10:38 asking if they wanted our room done. They scream and talk loud and rest is something we didn’t have. They do provide ear plugs but the bathroom and room doors are so heavy you can hear when someone closes it like it is inside you room. If you need a room to rest this is not the place. If you’re looking convenience to go to the hard rock then please do. There is a rooftop on the hotel that make it concurred and people talking loud when going down the elevator. I’m sad to say for now I won’t be coming back.
