Too many other options

The pool was under construction and we had no hot water. In fact, there was no hot water preceding our one night stay. Only good thing is the free shuttle. The breakfast is also horrible. They did give us a 20% discount. Big deal. We walked across the road to The Holiday Inn and used their pool and deck chairs. Beautiful property. No outside space at Best Western either to relax. Stay elsewhere. Very disorganized from desk with several cruisers there.

The staff at the front desk are very courteous and accommodating. They were nice enough to print my luggage tags for the cruise I was going on. The bed and pillows were soooo comfy. I enjoyed the rainfall shower! Next door is Denny's, McDonald's, Cali Coffee, and a gas station. I will definitely keep this place in mind when I go on my next cruise!

Worst Western

They offer a shuttle service but the van is from other hotels and we weren’t able to locate BW so we had to take Lyft for $25. Plus the hotel has not had hot water for the last two weeks. Only one person at the front desk who was way overwhelmed w the people and phones. They say they offer a 20% discount because of the hot water issue.

POOR customer service-No hot water, bed bug compla

Crowded at checkin. Had to wait 4 hours as no rooms cleaned. Guest leaving had bites on her arm, possibly bed bugs in room 208. NOT HOT WATER due to water tank issue needing repair. Claim i will get a discount on checkout. Headed there now.

Waited over an hour for the shuttle from airport. We finally had to call the driver. Per instructions from hotel because he would not answer their call. Check in guy was very nice. Our key didn’t work after 3 attempts. He finally came up to help us. No hot water in hotel!! No Kleenex!! Will meet with manager to see what they will do

The rooms were old and dingy. Furniture had rips,stains and holes in them. In general, very poor condition. Tv remote did not work. Have stayed at many Best Western properties and the company itself should be of higher standards for this particular place.
