The Space:
Step into this thoughtfully designed 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home in the heart of Hollywood, FL — a perfect blend of comfort, style, and function for families, group getaways, and business trips.
The home features a spacious open-concept living area with five sofa beds, ideal for relaxing or accommodating extra guests. The fully equipped kitchen includes a center island, making it easy to cook, gather, and connect. The large dining table seats up to 12 guests and opens directly to the patio and pool area for a seamless indoor-outdoor experience.
The private master bedroom is located in the left wing and includes two queen beds, a Smart Roku TV, and a walk-in closet. On the right wing, you’ll find three guest bedrooms, each with two full beds, a Roku TV, and closet space — perfect for adults, kids, or extended groups.
The private, fully fenced backyard is designed for relaxation and entertainment, featuring a covered patio, BBQ grill, sparkling pool, fire pit, hammocks, and comfortable outdoor furniture. Whether you’re grilling, swimming, sunbathing, or unwinding under the stars, this home offers everything you need for a memorable Hollywood stay.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full private access to the entire home, including all 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living areas, kitchen, and dining space.
Enjoy exclusive use of the backyard and outdoor amenities, including the pool, covered patio, BBQ grill, fire pit, and hammocks — all fully fenced for privacy.
Parking is available in the driveway for up to 3–4 vehicles.
For your convenience, the home is equipped with a smart lock for easy self check-in. Access details will be provided prior to arrival.
Please note: a small locked storage/owner’s closet may not be accessible during your stay. Outdoor security cameras are installed facing the exterior areas only for safety purposes.

Getting around is simple from this central Hollywood location. Uber and Lyft are fast and reliable, usually arriving within minutes. If you’re driving, the home offers free parking for up to 4 cars and quick access to I-95, making it easy to reach surrounding areas.
You’re just minutes from Downtown Hollywood, the beach, shopping, and dining. Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport is about 10–15 minutes away, while Miami International Airport is around 30–40 minutes.
A car is recommended for maximum convenience, but ride-sharing and delivery services make it easy to get around without one.

**What’s Included:**
Fresh linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher detergent are provided for your convenience.
**House Guidelines:**
• Please respect our neighbors — quiet hours begin at 9 PM (outdoor noise).
• If city officials or authorities visit, please contact us immediately so we can assist.
**Property Maintenance:**
• Landscaping service may access the backyard once a month for routine maintenance.
• Pool service is scheduled twice weekly (Monday & Thursday) via the side gate.
• If anything isn’t working properly, let us know — maintenance is available within 24 hours upon request.
**Deliveries:**
Guests are responsible for any packages ordered before, during, or after the stay. We’re unable to store or forward items.
**Late Check-Out / Extensions:**
Available upon request and subject to availability:
• Until 12 PM: $100
• Until 2 PM: $130
Please request by 10 PM the evening before departure.
Interaction with Guests:
