Misleading

Rundown property. The rental we had was a garage thay was converted into a rental that had cinder block walls and painted concrete floor. The floors were dirty and worn. The rental overslall was not clean. The floors were never swept or mopped because when a chair was moved you could see how dirty they were. The couch was falling apart and the clothibg stand was unstable and almost fell over when putting anything on it because there was no closest. The shower curtains had black mold on them. The blinds in the bathroom were broken.The pool had alge and debris so it couldn't be used, there was not even a functioning skimming net to clean it. The pool wasn't cleaned and treated until the last day of our one week stay. Several pool chairs were covered in mold and the pool umbrellas were broken.The pictures shown when advertising this rental look nice, clean and a newer space which was not the case. The exertior of the property was not maintain. pool was

Simple, easy, and super convenient

Nice little studio in back of house, clean and functional. Simple and easy checkin and communications with property manager, short walking distance to restaurants and bars. Good info from pm on neighborhood and instructions.
