Guest Access:
The rental includes amenities such a terrace, and laundry facilities.

Guests have the option to add daily cleaning services for an extra fee. Linens, beach and bath towels are provided, but there is no daily maid service.

Any stolen or damaged linens or towels will incur charges at the end of the stay. Toiletries, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and trash bags are supplied, but replenishment is not guaranteed. Beach chairs and umbrellas are also provided, and broken items can be replaced upon request.

Our Sand beach is close to Aventura Mall and Las Olas Boulevard are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Hollywood Beach and Hollywood North Beach Park. Our apartment is centrally located 10 minutes from the Fort Lauderdale Airport, and 33 minutes from the Miami International airport, 15 minutes from the Port of Fort Lauderdale, Fort Lauderdale Downtown, 30 minutes from the Design District and Wynwood, 40 min from Miami Downtown or Miami Beach.
