Had a really good overall experience. The location was great. The hotel was very clean and new and the service was great. The rooms were very spacious and the parking was easy access to the hotel in the front and rear side. The only complaint I have is the noise was a little much at times and the noise of the room next door to us travelled to our room at times. Other than that, I spent almost ten days and it was a good stay.

Brand new hotel in pristine condition, very reasonably priced for the location. Excellent downtown Lauderdale By the Sea access: just far enough away from downtown to be quiet, yet only a 5-min. walk to the beach, local gift shops and tons of great local restaurants, many with live music on the weekends. If staying in Lauderdale By the Sea, there isn't a need for a car, as everything important is within walking distance and there is a $2/day local shuttle service in the area as well. The hotel grounds are well lit and felt very safe. Parking was easy and plenty of spaces are available for the hotel. The bed was very comfortable and the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful (especially Julian on the evening shift); some of the friendliest hotel staff we've ever encountered while traveling. As long as you aren't looking for a 5-star hotel, this is the PERFECT hotel for the Lauderdale By the Sea area and would be our choice if traveling there again - highly recommended!

Nice new hotel in a great area

Really nice brand-new property in a cool area. We were only the third guests to stay in the room. Was disappointed to see the toilet seat had not been cleaned but I brought sanitizing wipes and did it myself. They told me at check-in the pool was heated but it didn’t feel like it at all. I mentioned it to 2 different people at the front desk but nothing was done. We were disappointed because we really were looking forward to the heated pool. The other issue we kept having was the keys consistently stopped working. They would be working when we left but by the time we came back, none would work. We constantly had to go to the front desk to have them re-programmed. Julian at the front desk was warm and welcoming and gave us recommendations for the area. Got approved for a 1:00 p.m. late checkout yet still had housekeeping knocking at 11:30 a.m. and then had the front desk calling shortly after. She had a bit of an attitude and said she didn’t see it marked down (even though Julian told us he saw it approved for us the night before). Altogether we enjoyed the stay, room was very nice and AC was nice and cold. Wish the pool had been warmer. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby in walking distance. Great little weekend getaway for the fam.

Love, love, love Beach Glass Lauderdale by the Sea

Great just opened hotel in a super cool beach town of Lauderdale by the sea. Very clean and nice, walking distance close to everywhere you want to go. Julian was so helpful when we checked in, giving us recommendations for the local area as well as being so welcoming. The other staff were great too. Very pleasantly surprised as such a new Wyndham property not too many reviews yet.
