Staff wasn't courteous, location is nice, walking distance to state park and restaurants. Not the serivice you would expect from this proce point. Room had only ac on off option, no ventilation. You have chose between cold or less oxygen.

Nice location with plenty of dining opportunities within walking distance. Had a couple of minor issues and were given a credit on our bill which was great. Nice views, and the beach is a minute walk out the front door.
