Host was not attentive! I didn’t receive check in instructions on time and when I requested them after my arrival, I was given a gate code and door code that did not work! Had to call back again for a new code, only to find that the A/C in the unit was not cooling… also! The host assured me via text msg that there was a w/d on property that we could use but later found out that there wasn’t, which caused us a huge inconvenience!!!
