Well, the property is clean in the pool facilities were fun for the kids, I was very disappointed with the service and my children said that the breakfast was the worst they’ve ever experienced.
We were in town for a hockey tournament and didn’t settle into the room until an hour after the children’s bedtime, when I pulled back the covers on one of the beds it reeked of urine. It was too late to switch rooms, I got the kids settled in one bed and I slept on the floor. The next morning I reported the issue to the front desk and they said that they would resolve it before we return that day. I expected a new mattress And really didn’t think much of it. When we went to bed that night, I pulled back the covers and It Again reeked of urine, they had put fresh sheets on, but did not replace the urine soaked mattress, it smelled as bad as the night before. For breakfast, I purchased the adult breakfast package for two mornings for $35. The breakfast was at Tony Roma‘s restaurant attached to the hotel with a very limited selection and the food that I ordered was not even gas station level quality. Who is impossible to get a refill on coffee and there were only three families in the entire restaurant. My kids picked up their food, which was uninspired to put it mildly. I would’ve been disappointed with the food if it was the first thing I’ve eaten after a weeklong backcountry backpacking trip. We ended up eating breakfast outside the hotel, even after paying for the convenience.
