The master bedroom has a king bed with private bathroom and the secondary bedroom has two twins. The property also has a sleeper sofa for more sleeping room, washer and dryer, WIFI and private garage parking spot. Complex has a heated pool and guest meeting area.

This property is restricted to monthly rentals during peak season (Jan - Mar). Rentals must be from the beginning to the end of the month, multi-month rentals are available. Shorter stays may be available during summer and fall months.

This unit requires a physical key. You will need to pick up keys from our office at 2085 Estero Blvd., Fort Myers Beach first to gain access to this unit.
