I loved this resort! It was modern, clean, staff was friendly, I could walk around the area safely, the pool was beautiful. It was a fun, relaxed atmosphere. I’d definitely recommend! Orbitz on the other hand made billing tricky. I thought the trip was paid for but some charges came from the hotel and some from Orbitz? Still sorting it out. Just ask for print out and review room charges! I was charged for valet but didn’t bring a car! Overall experience was exactly what I hoped for and more. A fun tropical experience in a beautiful resort.

The resort was very clean with lots of activities. There are 5 dining choices. The beach club is great during the day. The staff was very friendly. The room was well appointed and still felt new. FMB is still building back from storms. Tourism will help the area rebound.

It was good - I thought the cleaning ladies could have done more each day in the room. For example glasses were still left and wrappers on the counter and if a wrapper fell on the floor they would leave it there

My expectations were not really met for the price paid. We did not have a view of the ocean but rather a sand lot with lots of trucks driving by. The signage to find your way around the facility was minimal. The pool was beautiful but would have expected a part of it would have been at a depth greater than 3’6”. There was add on cost I was not made aware. The cost may be appropriate just let me know up front. The staff was personable and friendly which was their greatest attribute.

Music they played on the property was quite loud. The showers did not work properly, lacked pressure and where difficult to operate. Rooms were clean, all had balconies, grounds were well maintained, plenty of restaurants, bars, easy access to the pool and the beach. Lovely staff. Construction in the area.
