The view and beach access were fantastic. Traveling with a 4 year old granddaughter, the location in the middle of Fort Myers beach is perfect for mostly clear calm water. The place was clean and well furnished and the decor was nice. The place was obviously completely redone after hurricane Ian given that the storm surge probably had much of the first floor under water. Some of the fit and finish of the renovation work was a bit amateurish. The shower shelf in the primary suite is tilted down. The shower door in the primary suite wouldn't stay closed. That bathroom was pretty tiny. Given the 1/2 fixed glass door, you pretty much have to get into the shower to even start the water meaning you cannot adjust the temperature before getting in.There were some plumbing issues. The toilet in the primary suite would run/refill intermittently and was loud enough that I opted to shut off the toilet water feed overnight. The spray handle in the shared bath seemed to be leaking when used. Both toilets seemed barely provide enough water to actually flush. I mean they worked by you might have to hit the handle twice.A burner on the stove was on at arrival. Some of the push-button locks around the property weren't reliable, like the pool access and one of the stairwells. The pool was great. The AC worked just fine.Having Publix across the street was super convenient all week. The two beach chairs on the balcony were great to have. We'd definitely stay again.
