We stays at this property due to the location close to the hospital. We were visiting a sick relative. The reservation got messed up. Our fault / their fault, I'm not sure - but it was messed up. The on-site staff did NOTHING to fix the problem. I was traveling with my 6'3" college aged son. We booked for 2 beds in the room - the room had 1 bed !
Staff said we had to go back through Expedia and did not even attempt a solution. I don't have the first clue how you would "go back through Expedia" to fix this.
So, on top of sitting in a stressful hospital environment all day we came back to 1 cramped smallish bed for almost no sleep.
The 2 night stay was well over 500.00 and that money was gone so we had to stay. The 3 and 4th nights we found a decent hotel and actually slept.
The hotel itself is OK but nothing special. If you want anything like customer service you should look elsewhere.
