Guest Bedroom 4- Two twin beds with hallway access to guest bathroom 2, shared with guest bedroom 3. Bathroom features renovated walk in shower and single vanity.



The living room features a large and plush sofa, and is equipped with a large flat screen smart TV. The smart and open concept design of the living area witnesses it mesh seamlessly with the fully equipped kitchen, which is located just on the other side of the pool doors from the living room. The kitchen features an oversized peninsula with an overhang which functions perfectly as a breakfast bar for those that like to make the kitchen their desired social space. For those looking to relax in more privacy there is a large sitting room located adjacent to the living room, equipped with a second sofa and coffee table. Adjacent to the sitting room guests will find the dining room, equipped with a 60 inch dining table and four chairs. Approaching the garage and far end of the kitchen guests will find a half bathroom, which features a toilet and single vanity.



In terms of location, this home is situated within a high end subdivision called Summerwood. Consisting of less than twenty homes all on oversized lots, guests will find themselves unbothered by the world around them while staying with us.
