over sold the property and was not prepared for a new occupant I have photos of every item listed
Hot tub closedfurniture was filthy/gross/dirtytable and chairs had paper under the legs so the would be levelThe ceiling fans haven't been cleaned in years. FilthyLittle black bugs on the bedding. This is unacceptable !First day I took a shower, no towels in the whole apartment, As i walked to the bed room my footprints were brown dirty the floor may ben sept but not scrubbed, so we scrubbed it.Towel bar under neath the shower head has got to be one of the most illogical and the only other towel bar was above the toilet another bad position. Put a new towel bar on the wall outside the shower before the toilet.Shower grouting was black. I suspect it's black mold. Totally unacceptable.There were no paper products in the apartment, so bought you guys toilet paper, paper towels and kleenex. It was obvious to my wife that this place does not care about the comfort of their customer. We also bought you guys some Swifter refills, use them. Now the biggy, checking went smooth we got our key fob and we are in, great. Next day we head to the pool and we are questioned about using it. Evidently we needed a key pad card. The gentleman inside that Colonial apartments has nothing to do with that and we MUST on LANDINGS. The next morning I had a sticker on my car that it is going to be towed away because we are not residents. No exceptions. It was not a very pleasant stay and until you correct these items I will not recommend this property to
