Room was great. This style of hotel they don't clean unless a long stay. Also you mostly need your own utensils and cook pans, althouhht they dis give me a skilket and pot. Staff very nice and helpful. The location is okay the due to being a very high traffic area you have to be patient.

I had a very unpleasant stay at this hotel. The room was dirty and had strong smells of cigarette smoke and dogs. It was also very hot and poorly ventilated. Overall, the conditions felt uncomfortable and unclean. On top of that, the receptionist was very rude and unhelpful, which made the experience even worse. I would not recommend staying here.

Overall my stay was good. The room was clean, the bed is comfortable I love the large capacity refrigerator, we had breakfast food and stored it for the duration of our stay; there was a mini stove top as well, I didn't use it but it was a good addition if needed. Things I didn't like were the very limited services. We met a lady attending the desk upon arrival. I didn't feel any warmth or welcome from her. It was just business. In contrast I met Brian first over the phone, then later that afternoon and he was much more welcoming. The reception area closes for a great part of the day. It was open for check-in but closed by 8:00 p.m. and there's no one present overnight; if there's an emergency you're advised to call a number. I didn't like that I couldn't have extra towels. It was 3 of us staying and only 4 towels to the room. Housekeeping is not everyday so keep your room tidy yourself, not a big deal. I was surprised that there is no ice! Lol. I made ice with the trays in the fridge. Overall my stay was good.

Staff doesn’t work 24/7, nor on holidays “it’s a low service hotel” clerk said. Lots of long term welfare boarders, who were all very nice but not used to seeing. Clean enough, quiet.

We flew in and got to the hotel around 10:30pm. We were tired from traveling all day and wanted to go to sleep. We had to call a number on a phone by the first set of front doors for someone to open the front desk to check us in. It was confusing because we called 3 times and no one picked up for several minutes. Once the front desk clerk came, we were told that lots of rooms had recently been trashed by drug addicts… not very comforting. We got checked-in but our room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. And it was right off of the parking lot that had men loitering in it. So we requested a room change because the smoke smell was giving us headaches but were initially told there were no other rooms available. I asked for a refund but they said they couldn’t do that since I booked through a third party (Expedia). Eventually, the hotel manager came over and said another room had just opened up because the person’s flight was canceled. The new room was larger, didn’t smell like cigarette smoke, and on the second floor so it felt safer. The bed pillows, towels, mattress, etc. were cheap and uncomfortable. The lighting was cold, white light that makes you feel like you’re in a hospital. Overall, it was fine but we wouldn’t stay there again.
