Comfort in Fort Smith! Welcome to our home, featuring a spacious two-bedroom and one-bath layout, ideal for fishing enthusiasts! This fully equipped home comfortably accommodates up to four people, providing comfort and convenience after a day of fishing on the Bighorn River or Lake. Among its many highlights are the incredible queen and twin XL beds, central heating and cooling, high-speed internet access, streaming TV service, an outdoor deck with a BBQ, and boat parking! This house is new to VRBO but has maintained the highest rating possible on another short term rental site.

This is a very large modular home and is a duplex. Guests enjoy two bedrooms, a full bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, living room, and an outside deck and BBQ! A tenant occupies the second half of the duplex and has a separate and private entrance. The property has plenty of parking, to include parking for small boat trailers.

Could not have been happier to stay here. Good neighbor's, great location for what we were there for. Jim was great!Made sure we had everything we needed. We arrived very late at night and he made sure the lights were on and easy to get in. Clean is an understatement. It was immaculate.
