Overall we really enjoyed our stay at Gulf Dunes. It was nicely decorated , clean, and the bed was very comfortable! The only things I would have changed were no inside lock on the entrance door, and the balcony furniture. I would have felt more at ease if there was a bolt lock or any kind of secondary lock on the inside. The balcony furniture was low and uncomfortable, we are used to taller chairs where the view is not obstructed by the railing. If you are not one to sit outside this condo is perfect!

Pros: the views are great and the building is close to a bunch of different things for the family to do. The beach chairs and umbrellas included were nice. Property management was quick to respond to a couple of issues. Cons: only a few minor things. The unit was missing a parking pass as we checked in, but it was quickly remedied by management the next day. The oven didn’t work, which we didn’t find out until after buying things to make for breakfast. The door lock for the balcony took a lot of finesse to latch properly, which made me a little nervous with a couple of children. Overall it was very good!
