Family getaway

This rental was the perfect fit for us. Location was wonderful! It was just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of nearby construction but near enough that in 5 minutes you were at nearby restaurants and shops. The condo was spotless and had all the extra amenities we needed. The proximity to the beach was great and the pool was so relaxing. Having a covered parking spot was really nice on hot days.

Needs a few things

Needs several repairs inside and on the outside sitting area. All ceiling fans need cleaning In need of a deep clean Extra blankets for beds would be nice. Make sure you turn on light switch outside of laundry closet for washing machine to work took us 3 days to figure that out. I have stayed at this complex many times but this is the first time I was not as pleased with our accommodations. Hopefully with mentioning the things to be done owner will see it is better for the next family.

Loved the unit we were in and Phoenix was a great host. The unit was very clean, pretty and was stocked with everything you need. It was even better than described. Bedrooms were comfortable. Loved that the parking was covered and assigned so you didn't have to find a spot and car wasn't as hot. Phoenix always responded quickly. Beach location was great. You didn't have to fight for a spot on the beach. Wish there were some restaurants in walking distance but lots were a short drive. Had a great trip!

Cozy condo in great location

We had an enjoyable beach vacation staying at this condo. The condo was spotless and very welcoming with it's beach decor. We had the two large balcony doors open most days allowing for a nice breeze to come in. The location was great for accessing the beach... down the elevator and then right to beach access point in the parking lot. We liked that it was quiet and towards the end of the road, unlike Destin which was very crowded with lots of traffic. However, if you wanted to go into Destin it was only about 20 minutes away from the condo. We'd definitely come back if we were in the area again.
