Unit needs attention

While the location of the property is great, this unit has some issues. The front door does not seal shut. You can see light around the frame, therefore we could feel a breeze when standing by it, not to mention the dirt that rolls in. There is no deadbolt. There's more

The property has a beautiful view with the pool and boats out in the harbor. Loved the little beach with the oak trees, it was just beautiful and peaceful! Would loved to come again and the price was excellent as well.
