This four-bedroom condo is elegantly decorated to bring the outside in. Upon entering, the views will immediately guide you to the main living area. The spacious kitchen offers everything you'll need to cook meals or prep for a large gathering. The dining area seats eight guests, and the living area has plenty of seating for everyone. Beautiful place. We have a few issues. 1. The HVAC thermostat would only go to 69 degrees, so we got hot during the night even though we ran the fans. 2. The matres in the King suite on the beach side had been slept in so many time that there was a depression on both sides with a ridge in the middle. 3. The hot water in the shower or anywhere was barely warm and would not get hot.

LARGE PLACE, SLIGHT MISS ON COMFORT/CLEAN

Overall nice LARGE condo to stay at right on the beach. Great communication from the company. Lots of great info on access codes (1 parking area, 1 beach access, 1 building access, and 1 for the room entry). The cleaning service was still there past our arrival time, not a huge deal. But we had some issues: AC-needed to be serviced while we were there, coffee maker- 12 cup didn't work so they brought us a 5 cup as replacement, dishwasher - had left over fish in it and it smelled, and patio door- would not lock. All were taken care of but should've been looked after better. COMFORT:The beds, sheets, and towels are not great. I would recommend bringing your own pillow(s) from home. The primary bedroom runs hotter on HVAC than the rest of the condo, so I would also recommend bringing a fan if you get hot at night. The beds are not super comfy that we normally see at other VRBO condos we stay at in Destin.GREAT:The bath tub and separate toilet room in the primary bathroom were a great PLUS!

Beautiful condo with fantastic views of the gulf & pools.

They had all the utensils & pot, pans, silverware for us to cook our meals. Plenty of room in bedrooms & baths. The only thing that was wrong was there were not enough washcloths & hand towels in the master suite. The bed in the master was not secured enough to the headboard & everytime we moved is was noisy which disturbed our sleep.

Fishing Trip

Had a pleasant stay! The property was as advertised. Clean and spacious. Only real issue was the lack of decent cookware. A couple of roasting pans and better knives would have been helpful when we were cooking the fish we caught. All in all it was a great rental.

Family vacation

This unit was a perfect fit for our family. It was a great space to connect and relax. Some of us were chilly at night because the blankets are thin and don't have weight to them. But for the ones who like it cold it was perfect. We will return.

This is a great unit and great location. The only reason it isn't five star is because of the management company. We found dirty clothes and dirty underwear in the drawers. The dirty linens were pilled in front of our door for 3 days before they were picked up. No toilet paper at all in one of the bathrooms. I loved the actual unit and would recommend it but want the owners to know about the management issues.

Beautiful property: check in and check out rough.

The owners have done a 10 out of 10 job on this 4 bedroom, 3 bath perfect property. Clean, comfy, beautifully decorated, fully stocked, and the view is pure perfection for sunrises, sunsets, and everything in between. I requested early check in, as flights arrived at noon, and I was told that “shouldn’t be a problem.” I mistakenly took that as a “yes.” We killed 4 hours and then — Check in was disappointing as the code didn’t work, nor did the 3 following codes that were provided. We waited for we’ll over an hour and had to throw away ice cream and some frozen treats, as they melted very quickly. (Note to self, grocery shop after checking in.) A nice guy finally showed up to fix the lock and code system. We were offered the opportunity to check out late for $112.00. I relied that we’d like to stay until 2pm and would like that at no charge because of the check in debacle. We were offered no charge until noon - an extra two hours. We really wanted to take advantage of the time, so we did pay the $112.00 - which should have at least been reduced, if not waived. We spent time down at the beach and pool and really enjoyed ourselves, came back up to rally for the airport —— and we were locked out, as the code expired well before the 2pm check out that had already been charged to my credit card. Very, very frustrating codes/locks situation. We were stressed about being late for the airport, and we’d like that $112.00 fee waived and reimbursed. But again, the actual property is pure perfection. Would highly recommend - though property management team needs some help with those locks. We are grateful to the owners for providing us with the perfect get away spot for 3 life-long 56 year old pals to catch up and relax. :) Thank you!

Best Condo & Beach Experience!

This was the cleanest, best equipped condo and beach location we’ve ever experienced - and that’s saying a lot! The condo was spotlessly clean upon our arrival, the kitchen is super well-equipped, the 3 king beds means the adults were all comfortable, the twin beds were great for our grandkids, and the finishes and furniture were top notch. A small fan that we used to help dry bathing suits wouldn’t work and was replaced within minutes when I texted Vacasa. The grounds are well kept, the two swimming pools are great, and the beach service rental folks couldn’t have been more accommodating! There is a need for many more poolside chairs, but the pool maintenance man told us that more are on order. The only inconvenience was having to park a third vehicle (3 families coming from 3 locations meant 3 vehicles) off-site - but that was a minor inconvenience, and off-site meant 2 miles away in a safe location. We highly recommend this listing!

Fun property

Enjoyed our winter stay at Blu - the condo was clean and well stocked. Hopefully will be able to stay again. Tip: remember all the entrance codes. We left our phones at the room and went to the pool. Didn’t remember the exit code and our two year old needed to go to bathroom :) No one around to help but we finally got her in!

Fantastic week!

The property was great and the room was extremely spacious. The best condo we have stayed in while vacationing in Florida. The codes only took a day to master and then it was so nice not carrying a room key around. The property was always well maintained, pools were awesome and the beach access was right in front of you. The staff were always making sure everything looked perfect. Shout out to Megan at Lazy Day Rentals for an awesome job with the beach chairs (well worth renting additional chairs for the week for a great reserved spot). It was so nice having four bedrooms and three bathrooms, and a spacious living area…no one ever felt cramped. Beautifully decorated and the beds were so comfortable. When returning to the area, this is the only place I will be staying!

Very nice property!

Check in was very easy, the condo had so much room for our family. We love that it has three large bathrooms and kitchen was a great size with large island. We loved the location of the room and loved the view every morning. We are renting the same condo for next year.

Excellent stay. Property is very nice. Even the folding trundle bed is very nice mattress. Just a note for those with young family members. The main entry door does not have a deadbolt. My 2yr opened and walked out. This would be my only downside to the type of “code” door handle they use. There is no internal lock to keep secured. This unit comes with underground covered parking. Check in and out was super easy.

Retirement weekend

Everything was as perfect as the pictures of this property! I had a mixture of family and friends in the area and saw 4 condos over the weekend throughout my travels, this was by far the nicest, most updated, cleanest one. If I had to give an area for improvement it would be, having easy options for additional parking, but that really wasn't a big issue either. We would definitely recommend this property.

Modern, spacious on the ocean

Nice sized condo- newer and modern. Comfortable furniture, beds and nice sized deck right on the ocean. Appliances were newer and all worked fine. Plenty of dishes and cookware as well. Big TV’s in most rooms and a large dining room table with 8 chairs. Would stay again.
