Great Location

The property was excellent if you are looking for both beach and pool access. Our family was able to just walk down the beach for food/entertainment. Tufan was great to work with. There was an issue with fridge before we arrived Tufan made us aware right away had something already in place and the problem resolved the very next day. I would highly recommend staying here.

It had it all!

Conveniently located 537A near the parking structure. So easy in and out The elevator was close so not far to get to ground level. Restaurants and bars were walking distance and the beach and amenities were all right there!

We loved the unit and the entire area as this was our first time there. We especially loved the view of the pool and courtyard, the huge deck for relaxing, the heated pool, and of course the beautiful beach! We loved being able to walk on the beach to the pier and enjoy time at the restaurant there. Will definitely stay again in future! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great family condo

This was the rare case where the property was better than the listing pictures. It was very clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable, the furniture was clean. The deck was great with the sliding doors. Wifi and beach chairs were included.

Everything was so well thought out! From little details such as makeup remover wipes in the restroom, a full list of recommendations, to a bunk bed where the bottom was a floor bed (perfect for my toddler that I assumed was going to just sleep with us)! This was our first time renting a condo and we are completely satisfied! The unit was exactly as described. Loved the fact that there was a washer/dryer and all the other comforts of home. The beach was amazing and the sand was so soft. We enjoyed the many different pools at the resort. Loved the fact that it is located in a quieter area and everything we wanted to do was just a short drive - within 5-10 miles. We more than likely will return again!

Beautiful!

This condo is beautiful! It is even nicer than its pictures online. I could stay here long term. The complex is also very lovely overlooking the pool area with a gulf view from balcony and couch. If you do not want to miss your workouts, this is the place as the fitness room amenities allow for a great workout. The owner keeps in contact and advises you of all you need to know, which is very helpful. Will definitely look to come back or one of the other properties owned by this management company!

No complaints at all. Listing was exactly as described. Owner was very thorough and helpful with check in instructions and the area. Well decorated unit. Beach was beautiful. We did not use the pools but also very nice. Beach chairs were nice to have so we didn't have to pack ours. Umbrellas could be replaced.

Baby friendly!

Came to visit friends and condo had more than enough to make us feel at home and able to get the most out of our stay. From a pack n play for our 1 yr old, to a fully stocked kitchen, extra beach chairs and beach toys! Will rent from Tufan for future stays, most definitely!!
