Great condo and location!

We have been to Waterscapes a few times now and this was our favorite condo yet! Nice location that walks right out to the only heated pool which was nice with having young kids/a baby. Overall great experience :)

Best condo location

Great location of this condo unit - could just walk right out to the upper pool, no messing with elevators. Comfortable enough beds. Overall cleanliness of the property was lacking - it hadn’t been cleaned prior to our arrival but the management had that resolved while we hung out by the pool for about an hour. Furniture was visibly dirty. Garbage disposal did not work.

Great location, needs a deep clean

This was overall a great rental. Location was the best, within walking distance to a lot of restaurants and attractions (the Gulfarium is right down the road). We did stay during the off season, but still had beach chair and umbrella access, note that only one pool is heated during this time (which thankfully is right next to the patio of this rental) I was hoping the kids splash pad area was heated but it wasn’t. A note about the parking, there is direct access to level 2 for building A and C, but not B. We were very confused by this, found out you have to park by the second entrance of the parking garage and walk around the side to the elevator for building B and go to the second floor. We had to track an employee down and ask how to get to our building lol luggage racks are provided so getting your luggage up was very easy! Rental was as described, but needs a deep cleaning. Sheets were clean, but the comforters were visibly dirty. Area rugs were very dirty, mirrors were wiped down quickly so there were smears all over. There were crumbs and fruit snacks under the fold out couch, just a lot of small things that were overlooked while cleaning (and I’m not a picky person). Needs some paint touch ups and minor repairs throughout, but overall it was a great condo right on the beach! Owners were great, sent emails with access codes and recommendations for food and fun! Great trip!

This condo had wonderful amenities and was extremely clean!

The inside of the condo was exactly as shown and described on the booking website. The property manager was great to work with. The condo was updated and CLEAN! The pools were fabulous and the beach was clean and fun! A bonus to renting this condo, an umbrella and two beach chairs were provided daily! I would highly recommend this condo! The check-in and check-out process was super simple and well communicated! Thank you for a wonderful stay!
