Cockroaches, stained linens with bodily fluids, no microwave, dresser drawers broken, no remote, no toilet paper (had to walk to front desk for it). Overall, not impressed. Also, swimming pool is non functioning. It's disgusting. Won't be back

There were stains on the bed, burns on the pillowcases, cockroaches in the kitchen, and a rat that was in the process of dying in the room. I’ve never been in a worse hotel. I was in the room less than 4 min. The manager was indifferent to this information when I reached out the next day. Had to go through the process to get a refund with Expedia.

Very good size motel room , no toilet paper ,bring your own buy some before arriving here. Even the towels n wash clothes dingy and there was no remote controller watch tv. Had people lingering all over the place.

The room reeked of cat pee. There was unspecified poop looking piles on the floor. This unit included a small kitchen, but it was missing cabinets and the ceiling was falling in all over the room. The second I walked in I wouldn’t even set my toddler on the floor and knew we wouldn’t be able to stay and went ahead to find another place to stay. I will say the guy at the front desk was super nice and he did offer me another room! I didn’t catch his name but he was wearing a hat with the tag still hanging off it.

The auto-date set has cost me a lot of money selecting random dates of chech-in, cancel and rebooking. The last time will probably be my last time using hotels. Your an I receiving deposits back. 1 person clean no pet no smoke just shower and sleep!

Disgustingly dirty

As we entered the room, the smell of smoke greeted us even though it was advertised non-smoking. The hotel was disgustingly dirty, stained sheets and pillowcases, candy wrappers on floor, dirty air vents, broken thermostat. Even worse. There was NO toilet paper, towels or toiletries like soap, shampoo etc. Also the website said free breakfast and there was none. Not wanting to touch anything, we left as fast as we could. It's hard to believe this is a Wyndham property.

I think the entire property should be review well before selling it to customers to stay. Dog poops on the ground, the room smells, the bed sheets was terrible. As a first time customer you expect that you can make tea or coffe jn the room. Nothing was in place all empty.

It was a 2 story, 2 bed, 2 bath with a kitchenette. I'm not sure why there wasn't a garbage can, disposable cups, a chair or anything more than a couple of side tables. There wasn't a couch or chair even in the livingroom. Sit on the bed, the toilet, side table or countertop. I had a bag chair in my truck and would have brought it in if I was staying another night. The kitchenette didn't have anything in it at all. It was cheap that is it.

We didn’t stay. We checked out instantly. Our room wasn’t refunded as they said they would. Just imagine bedbugs smoking meth and you’ll understand the condition of this place. Just NASTY. Lord help them.

DO NOT STAY HERE

The hotel was terrible! Not clean, looked as if people lived here as “apartments”. When we pulled in someone was reaching their arm around the curtain of the sliding glass door adjusting their camera to angle it at us (3 women) to have a better view. We went upstairs to unlock the door and could not get in. As we were walking back down to our vehicles the light came on in the room. The front desk lady said to contact hotels.com for a full refund!

The place you recommended was infested with cockroaches, and the staff at check-in appeared to be on another world. It was truly horrifying. I tried contacting customer service, but no one answered. I ended up driving nearly four hours back to Chicago because of this.

Pictures on the online listing cannot be recent. The room reeked of sour food, mold and just overall dirtiness. A live cockroach was found crawling on a bathroom wall. Immediately informed the front desk and left for another hotel.

This place should be shut down. Not sure how it passes any inspections. It is nothing like the pictures on the website. The steps were unsafe. Holes in the vinyl exterior. The door to go in was busted. Worse than a compound. Broken bed that looked like it had garbage under the covers. We walked in and right back out and found a real hotel. This place is awful and disgusting!
