This was my first time staying in this area and I had a great experience. The only thing I can complain about were black ants in the room. I’m not sure how bad ants are in this area but it they were all on the floor. I didn’t bother requesting another room because it didn’t bother me for the one night I stayed but they were there and I had to make sure to store my food soon as I finished eating.

Just seemed there was no check and balance for staff responsibilities. After 3 days our Room had not been attended to until we asked. Everyday we had to ask for towels, we had to ask several times before we received hand soap. The morning of our last day there I asked for body wash and when I went to shower the morning of chaeck....You Guessed It.....NO BODY WASH. GEEZ UH??

Dated but still a good stay

The hotel had some wear and tear that made it look dated but that didn't change the fact that the hotel staff was polite and helpful, hotel was clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was on of the best included breakfasts we have had in awhile.

Walked in right before an ice storm, frazzled from two consecutive days of crappy weather traveling, just praying my last minute online reservation would be the one thing in the past 48 hours that MIGHT go smoothly… And it DID :) :) :) From the well lit covered drive-up entrance, automatic doors opening to the freshly mopped floors and the warm air from the heated entry—this place had me at hello. Warm, personal reception and welcome bag accompanied my daughter and I to a clean, well lit room with 2generously pillowed queen beds and the best shower I’ve had in years. Amenities were available at reception desk and the variety was substantial as well as of variety so as to cover needs from midnight snacks to missed meals as well as lost toiletries, OTC medicine or personal items. It felt indulgent after our travels—in a wonderful way! Would highly recommend and would definitely return!

My room was clean. Nobody bothered me. They left me alone when I needed them. They were there and they were so nice all the employees and it was so clean and breakfast was so good. Enjoyed my stay very much.
