There were people wandering around outside upon arrival obviously in an altered mental state from drugs or otherwise. The mattress had a giant stain as well as the hall carpets on our walk to the room. The last straw was that the toilet wasn’t even bolted to the floor. We were gone before our luggage the floor. Horrible.
