The staff was very friendly. Even with our late arrival and check-in, greeted by a smile. The hotel was clean and well maintained. Coffee and water (24hrs) was a great benefit. Parking is limited if you are traveling on a busy weekend. Be ready to park in the surrounding neighborhood. Shower door leaked onto the bathroom floor but staff was willing to change our room. Overall, close to the stockyard and nice hotel. We would stay there again.

Biggest gripe was front desk hospitality. Dealt with (2) people and both weren’t helpful and felt they went out of they way to be unfriendly. Rooms were very small and not a place to relax other than bed itself. Plus - air conditioning ran great and showers were nice.

Our stay was amazing! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms were spotless, and the beds were super comfortable. The whole place felt fresh and welcoming. We’ll definitely stay here again the next time we’re in the Fort Worth area!

For the price point, you should expect to find carpet on the floors. The hotel was in the middle of apartment housing and had no shuttle to airport or events. The staff they had was friendly and helpful but they were spread too thin and the front desk was not always immediately manned. It wasn’t a horrible experience but I’ll be more diligent about getting my accommodations next time.
