Our check-in time after 4 pm/ check-out by 11 am times are accurate, please make your travel plans accordingly. This a residential apartment building and we do not have onsite facilities for bag storage before or after your reservation times. If you will arrive early, or leave late, please consider adding an additional day to your reservation. Thank you.

Terrible experience. Got towed and cost me an extra $335. Visitor parking was full. Only 3 spots on the apartment side. Registered and parked at the closest spot next to it that wasn't labeled reserved. Basically an old apartment complex with a passive aggressive host. Asked for entry 40 mins early but was denied. Do not stay here!

The room itself was very clean and I appreciated the attention to details like the vacuumed couch and karate chopped pillows! There's not much privacy in any part of the room- would be awkward if traveling with friends. It's a prime location, being just a 30 minute walk from Panther Pavillion and even closer to good bars/restaurants. My biggest issues were that the designated parking spot was taken and I had parked in visitors-a longer walk. The elevator was also not available in the section you are lead to. Not the hosts fault, but four flights of stairs with luggage was a workout.

This was lovely just what we needed. The only issue was it was a 3 flight walk up since the elevator was down. I'm asthmatic and it was a challenge for me. Other than that it was clean, cozy, cost effective and perfect for what we needed.

This was on the fourth floor and there was no elevator. My parking spot was a long ways from the entrance. I wouldn't stay there again. They did answer and communicate well.
