Check in was quick and easy. The young lady that checked us in was very friendly. Room was clean. The hallway outside our room was dirty with food on the floor and some kind of food stain. Was still there when we checked out. The eggs were burned and the pancake machine was not set correctly and the pancakes came out undercooked.

Such a disappointment. We have stayed there several times and this time was very different. The entire building was not very clean. Breakfast was a hot mess-broken pancake maker, no hot water, cold eggs, stale bread…During a five day stay our trash was never emptied and I had to go get clean towels. The heater in our room randomly blew cold air. I tried talking to staff but nothing changed. I am sad this is not a good place to stay anymore. I hope they work things out.

Everything was clean and good in my room . My brother’s next to me had a busted thermostat, but they moved him and okay after that. I passed on the breakfast. It was a great value, though. If you like firm beds, this is a good choice. However, the train will wake you, and the interstate traffic will keep you up.

Walked in the place to check in and the young, possibly Hispanic, girl working the front desk was being a boss babe! She was running the showing multitasking like a mofo. She was greeting other guests with a smile while assisting us at the same time saying “welcome back!” As they entered. Meanwhile she was checking us in and giving us the deets and info we needed. Great customer service.

Trash piled up all around the trash can at the continental breakfast. Staff were not manning the front counter and customers were waiting over 10 minutes to be helped. Power in my room went out for about 10 minutes, I was able to call the front desk and they got it turned it back on but I’ve never had that happen at a hotel before

I had a good stay, only issue was it was short staffed, and the long wait for more breakfast to be put out. I always needed new towels and housekeeping never visited my room of a four day stay.
