My flight landed at 7am and I was going to pay extra to check in early because I was exhausted but they let me check in with no charge. Room was comfortable and very clean. Rooftop bar and restaurant was pristine. Overall an excellent experience would choose to go there again!

Very clean hotel. Very nice room. AC in room was poor. Shower leaked under door with water not only on bathroom floor, but also in the entryway. Wednesday morning female breakfast crew was terrible. Female did not want to be there and couldn't care any less about being helpful.

Beware of the parking garage! My overnight parking fee is $65, in addition to the tip for the valet. They do not disclose the fee, so you get to find out the next day when your card is charged after you’ve left.

The valet and front-desk staff are great. Very friendly and informative. The location is by some good spots. However, the valet situation isn’t ideal. We had to wait a long time for our vehicle despite those girls hustling. You could see them running and were super sweet, but the hotel needs a new system because it’s ridiculous being forced to valet, pay high dollar for it, and then not be able to leave when you’re ready. They probably should’ve mentioned you should request your vehicle in advance of leaving. I didn’t find anything special for the price we paid for the hotel. My towels had spots on them or a stray hair, which I get, hair falls off way too easily, but STILL. Maybe cleaning staff need to wear hair nets. My sheets were white and clean for the most part minus one odd black stain. It was hard and raised, not flat. I have no idea what it was. Either this hotel hosts the most obnoxious people or the walls are very thin. But I will note it’s both, actually. The rooftop bar only had one bartender and A LOT of frustrated people waiting to be served. I stood at the bar for 30 minutes before being served. I don’t blame the bartender. He should’ve never been put in that situation on a Saturday night for a fully booked hotel with lots of events happening that day. One of the reasons I booked this place was specifically for the rooftop bar and it was such a disappointment. Not enough space outside to even set foot out there.

My Review and hope it helps

It’s really a really good and well serviced hotel, nothing wrong with it. The only thing that freaked me out a bit was they charge you for an $150 “room protection” fee when they ask ONLY for a “card on file” so that was something i had a problem with considering they didn’t run the price or anything down.
