The website says it has a complimentary airport shuttle. But it only runs during certain hours. This is not specified on the website and so it is misleading. When I said one of the main reasons I booked at this hotel was for the free airport shuttle, they recommended I book myself an uber.

The staff was courteous and professional. The room was clean and tidy. My biggest concern was trying to get in touch with the front desk from the airport. I was rerouted to the AI representative Michael, who kept giving me the wrong phone number to contact the front desk. I was trying to check and see the status of the shuttle to determine if I needed to take an Uber or not.
